Work Experience: 18 years with BAIF Development Research Foundation, a Civil Society Organisation with Rural Development and Climate Action on its mandate in 16 states of India.

Academic Qualifications: Master of Business Administration (Operations); Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry

Key Responsibilities, Expertise and Achievements: Engaged in developing, planning and implementation of programmes with focus on livelihood enhancement of rural families with climate-smart approach and field-based research.

He carries rich experience of leading and being a part of more than 100 projects in various geographies such as Himalayan terrain of Uttarakhand, Deserts of Rajasthan and other areas of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh with focus on Livelihoods, Women-centric Development, Health, Education, Research and Climate Action.

With core competency in Livestock Development, he has played an important role in developing a sustainable system for breed improvement, nutrition and management of dairy animals in various states which serves as a platform to take up various climate-smart interventions for the benefit of dairy farmers.

Actively involved in Strategic Planning, Team Building, Leadership Development and Building Partnerships at the Organizational level as well as through various participatory forums.
