  1. Head / Senior Manager – Internal Audit
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant
  • Experience: 8 to 10 years in relevant area
  • Job Profile: The various responsibilities will cover:
    • Assist the Management in developing and executing internal audit plan
    • Develop a complete understanding of processes in the scope of audits.
    • Responsible for periodic review of internal financial and programmatic control as well
      as compliance with regulatory and sponsor requirements across BAlFs diverse activities.
  • Job Location: Pune
  1. Senior Accounts Officers
  • Qualification: Inter CA / ICWA
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years
  • Job Profile:
    • Ensuring that the team reporting to her/him is delivering the required outputs relating
      to their role and responsibilities in timely manner and supporting them in performing their duties.
    • Maintenance of Books of Accounts up to Final Accounts.
    • Fund Management.
    • Financial Audit
    • Budget and Budget Monitoring
    • Financial Reporting & Statutory compliances

  1. Veterinary Officers
  • Qualification : B.V.Sc/M.V.Sc./Doctorate
  • Experience : 0-5 years.
  • Location : Urulikanchan (near Pune) and Across India
  1. Programme Officers
  • Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture/Horticulture or B.Tech/M. Tech (AgriEngg.) or PG in Rural Development or MSW from reputed institutes
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in Rural Management especially in Natural Resources Management and Livelihood.
  • Location: Pune
  1. Programme Officers
  • Qualification: BSc. Agri/B.Tech. Agri/M.Sc. Agri/M.Tech. Agri.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Rural Management especially in Natural Resource Management & Livelihood.
  • Location: Across India
